MASSAGE & Body TREATMENTS
Signature Massage- This is a fully customizable massage tailored to your individual needs. Your experience begins with a soothing aromatherapy scent to help you relax and settle into your treatment. The treatment blends multiple techniques-such as Swedish (a gentle flowing technique), Deep Tissue (therapeutic focused deeper pressure), Acupressure (sustained pressure points), & Sports massage (stretching and compression techniques to help improve mobility). At the beginning of the session, your therapist will address all the areas of concern and create your one-of-a-kind treatment. *30-minute treatments are only 1-2 areas of the body.
Oncology Massage- This is a specialized approach tailored for people currently fighting cancer, recovering from it, or living with a history of the disease. An oncology massage adjusts pressure, pacing and body positioning to ensure safety and comfort, depending on where you are in your cancer journey.
Mom To Be- Nurture and pamper yourself through your whole pregnancy! Similar to a Swedish style, just with a few modifications of body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby. 1st trimester certified.
Lymphatic Drainage- A gentle technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system and move excess fluid away from swollen areas. Helping to encourage the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of lymph fluids around the body. This is a great treatment for anyone suffering with lymph edema and anyone that is recovering from surgery or injury.
Myofasicial Release (MFR John F. Barnes*)- MFR consists of the gentle application of sustained pressure into the fascia. It is very slow and gentle bodywork. It can effectively release fascial restrictions and can even unlock powerful emotions. The fascia is the connective tissue that weaves throughout your entire body surrounding every muscle, organ, nerve and cell that is holding you together. When fascia becomes tight or restricted from any form of trauma the body adapts. Over time, those adaptations show up as pain, stiffness, or pressure. MFR helps relieve chronic pain, stiffness and restricted range of motion.
Lomi Lomi- Hawaiian Swedish massage also known as loving hands massage. Long flowing movements create a graceful rhythm across the body. Soothing coastal seashells are combined with this massage to put you in a tranquil state. A blend of coconut and vanilla infused massage oil is used on the body while Hawaiian music takes you away on a trip to the island.
Table Thai- This is an infusion of Thai-inspired techniques paired with luxurious relaxation. Yoga assisted stretching, rhythmic compressions, and body walking can all be used to release tension and enhance mobility. A cooling lemongrass, peppermint and rosemary infused oil is used to help as an anti-inflammatory for aches and pains.
Bamboo Massage- Discover an elevated massage experience where the beauty of nature meets the art of touch. Smooth bamboo is seamlessly woven into a luxurious ritual. A blend of flowing pressure, rhythmic movement, and deep relaxation as the bamboo compresses and glides effortlessly across the body. Encouraging muscular release and leaves the body feeling refreshed.
Honeycomb Massage- This unique ritual uses organic honey with a rosemary and rosehip scent that is applied to the back with a myofascial massage to increase connective tissue and mobilization. Next, a honeycomb beeswax pad that is applied to the back. The Beeswax contains cell-stimulating vitamin A and provides hydration for velvety-soft skin. It is enriched with antimicrobial propolis which helps vitalize stressed skin.
Facelift Luxe- This is a treatment designed to help relieve TMJ and Migraines issues. It’s a natural anti-aging treatment to help sculpt, tone and firm the facial skin and muscles. A soothing face oil is applied to support a youthful glow. Facial cupping, gua sha, buccal massage and lymphatic techniques are used to assist with an instant lift to the face. Also includes scalp, neck, shoulders, and arm massage.
Shirodhara-This is an Ayurvedic treatment where a gentle stream of warm oil is poured over the forehead around the “third eye” area and flows down the scalp. The oil is infused with herbs helping to promote healthy hair growth, while also nourishing and moisturizing the scalp. The hands, feet, neck, and scalp are all massaged while the oil is flowing. Helping to promote deep relaxation reduce stress, anxiety, and balance of the mind and body.
Soothing Soles Reflexology- This is a reflexology treatment for the scalp, hands, and feet. Pressure is applied to specific points to ease stress and pain. Followed by a soothing foot scrub, mask, pain relief gel for the legs, and a hydrating lotion are applied to the feet for the ultimate relaxation.
Lavender & Rose Body Scrub- Refresh with this full body lavender and rose scrub. A luxurious scrub is gently massaged across the whole body. It is designed to buff away dry skin while leaving the body refreshed and beautifully polished. Followed by a silky lotion to give the skin a nice glow and hydration. Add a 30-minute massage enhancement and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
Oatmeal & Chamomile Body Scrub/Wrap- Indulge in this ultimate renewal ritual. Calm the skin with this full body milky oatmeal and chamomile scrub. The scrub is applied to nourish and exfoliate the skin. After it is followed by a silky moisturizing mask that is applied to the whole body. Your body will then be wrapped up in a thermal blanket to let your body detox. Add a 30-minute massage enhancement for an extra dreamy treatment

Signature Facial- A custom relaxation facial that is tailored to specific skincare needs. Comes with Double Cleanse, Exfoliation, Extractions, Mask & Moisturize. This is a great option for first time facial clients. *30-minute facial treatments eliminate exfoliation and extractions.
Bacial (The Back Facial)- This service is for the client that needs a deep cleansing for the back. This treatment is custom to each individual’s skincare needs.
Age-Defying Renewal Facial- Designed for pigmentation, sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles. This is a treatment formulated with a retinol concentration to aid in deep resurfacing of the skin. Mild to moderate downtime of 3-7 days can be expected after treatment.
Bee Dazzle Facial- This is a gentle, low-downtime peel and reconditioning treatment formulated specifically for sensitive, reactive, and compromised skin. Using mandelic acid to support cell turnover, lactic acid to improve skin tone and Manuka honey for hydration.
Glow Facial- Renews and revitalize the skin with potent anti-aging peptides. This facial uses powerful antioxidant, stem cells and botanicals that help with new cell growth, repair and rejuvenate all skin types leaving a firm luminous glow. This treatment is great for all skin types but especially acne and rosacea.
Swich* Rejuvenation Facial- The switch dermal rejuvenation system is a unique alternative to chemical peels that redefines how we treat age-damaged skin. Swich takes advantage of the skin’s natural repair mechanism to help restore the skin’s optimal appearance without injury to the skin. Helping the skin’s ability to repair from the inside out. Not recommended for first time clients.
Firming Peptide Facial- This is the ultimate anti-aging facial with the most up to date peptide technology. It will instantly diminish fine lines and wrinkles. Powerful peptides will leave your skin feeling smoother, firmer, and looking younger through increased micro-circulation and detoxification. Cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, mask, and moisturization all included in this treatment. This treatment is only offered in 90-minutes.

Offered in 60-minute, 90-minute and 120-minute sessions. *The 60-minute sessions massage is only on the back of the body and facial extractions and exfoliation are eliminated.
Chemical Peels- This is a procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. The skin grows back smoother. The chemical peel will be custom to your skincare needs. Peeling and flaking may happen post chemical peel. This is a treatment for people who regularly get skincare treatments. Home care must be done prior to and after treatment. Down time is expected from this treatment. * Must be on home care before service. This service is only done if you have had a prior facial treatment. Chemical peels are not suitable for all. Reach out with any questions.
Facial & Massage enhancement
Dermaplane- This is an exfoliation treatment that involves gently scraping the face with a medical grade scalpel. Helping to remove the dead skin cells and vellus hairs known as peach fuzz. This process leaves the surface of the face ultra smooth and radiant. 15-mins is added.
Microdermabrasion- This treatment is designed to use a minimally abrasive instrument to gently sand your skin. Allowing to remove the thicker outer layer. this treatment helps treat light scarring discoloration, sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles. 15-mins is added.
Microcurrent- This is a treatment that uses a low-level electrical current to stimulate the muscle and skin of the face. This helps to tighten, tone, and sculpt the face. Helping to give a lift to face and to repair cellular and tissue healing.
Massage Boost- Add a mini enhancement of another service to any treatment. Choose a choice of reiki, lymphatic drainage, MFR, or just extra massage time to any specialty treatment or scrub. 30-mins is added.
Stretch Therapy- This is assisted guided stretching designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and pain relief. This is great for people with sedentary jobs looking to reduce stiffness as well as athletes looking to increase performance and recover faster. 30-min added
Hot Stones- Warm basalt stones are used to massage the body. Stones help promote a deeper relaxation. Allowing to give relief to sore and fatigued muscles.
Calming Coastal Shells- Tiger shells are used to deliver deep therapeutic relief and promote over all relaxation. The shells are cool and warmup a little to your body’s temperature. The shells aid to help constrict blood vessels and to decrease inflammation, while helping boost circulation and promote healing.
CBD Oil & Pain Cream- Cause Medic® CBD oil is used on the whole body. A pain relief cream is applied on one area of the body for extra relief. This is a great add on to promote relaxation. Helps with sore muscles, pain and inflammation.
Sore No More Muscle Relief- This is an oil blend of peppermint, winter green, camphor, ylang ylang, helichrysum, and chamomile to help provide a soothing and cooling sensation for tired muscles and joints. Also comes with a pain gel on a target area for some extra relief.
Fatigue Foot /Leg Treatment- Lavender and rose scrub applied to the feet to exfoliate the skin with a peppermint mask for the feet and legs. Followed with a deep relief massage oil that is massage into the feet and legs. Ending with a moisturizer and cooling gel applied to feet and legs to help relieve sore muscles. Reflexology- This treatment is great for people that need some extra attention to the feet. Reflexology applies pressure to specific points of the feet to improve overall health. Based on the ancient Chinese philosophy that the feet are the road map of the body. As specific areas of the feet correspond to organs and systems in the body. 15-mins added
Honey Mask for Hands or Feet- Golden honey mask is used on the hands or feet to hydrate dry and chapped skin. Followed by a soothing lotion to be applied at the end.

SOUND HEALING & REIKI
Sound Healing- Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls Gongs, Drums and Chimes are used to create specific music tones and other sonic vibrations. Helping to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing and emotional release. Soft mats, bolsters, chairs, and meditation pillows are provided. Wear comfortable clothes for your session. Group sessions can book online under classes.

Reiki- Reiki means 'Universal life force energy'. It’s an ancient healing method that manipulates energy flow in the body. Sound healing and crystals are incorporated into healing session.
